Great article with tons of information! As you mentioned, it is necessary to inspect the quality before shipment. A reliable inspection report does provide detailed information and insight into the quality, status and condition of your goods. But the inspection result itself doesn’t dictate to you whether or not you should accept the order. A “fail” or “pending” inspection result sometimes doesn’t mean you will receive large quantity of defects.
