Multiple Breaches of contract by the Supplier .I got no Help from Trade assurance just the run around because they are in on the scam as well .I finally Did a charge back after 4 months of proving over and over the breaches of contract to trade assurance with no refund .So did a charge back and recovered all of my money back

I’ve been scammed by an Alibaba third party supplier named Somjai Khonsong of Thailand. They said they used ASIA MARITIME LOGISTICS CO.LTD to ship my products. This shipping company asked me to pay all kinds of fees including refundable insurance fee but the product never got delivered and never got refunded! Stay away from these companies located in Thailand. Very dishonest companies.

Alibaba does not protect the buyers. Watch out. alibaba sellers are just a bunch of resellers trying to make money from people who will pay a little more than the factory who requires more volume. They dont even have enough money to cover problems that arise like lost shipment. I thought i can trust a company I made a few transactions with for thousands of dollars, Shenzhen Jiutu Technology Co., Limited. I thought their feedback on alibaba was real. I ordered more and more but in the end, they didnt even get a whole shipment to me. They said it was the shipper and customs, this and that. Always some new lie. trade assurance is a joke, they didnt even contact the seller yet after a month and that when you file a dispute, they just have their thumbs up their butts while doing nothing. The sellers who commit fraud still have good feedbacks because you can’t even report the bad thing 30 days after they put a fake tracking. I am also Chinese and alibaba and their seller disappointed me. I guess alibaba doesnt compare to a real corporation that protect their buyer like ebay or amazon. All they are looking out for is the money they make from sellers who steal from buyers then pay their fees. It’s a joke. I just hope I can get my money back by doing a charge back through the credit card company on the smaller order I made.

I searched Yamaha outboard engines in Alibaba and found it so cheap. When i messaged them, they gave me their WhatsApp number. Some are UK,USA numbers. Some are selling 115hp yamaha engine for $700 -$1000. I can’t believe that. And i contacted USA person they are selling $4000. Are these all frauds. Anyone is there to check Yamaha 115hp 4 stroke price in USA? Or UK?

As the Nintendo Switch is a famous brand product, has your supplier got the authorized paper for you? Without authorized paper, the customs will catch your goods when they checking. Or has your last supplier promised you to clear the customs for you? If not, then you need to clear the customs by yourself. If you have got the promise of clearing customs from your supplier, we suggest you can negotiate with your supplier to get some compensation.

Hi, i sent $395 dollars for nintendo switch $45for shipping to someone that works at salty rocks(DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM)i was suppose to get items in 3 days, i got message yesterday saying the items are in usa customs and i have to $600 more for my shipment, i thought if i already pay $45 for shipping i would get it customs free, but this guy know as christo chan wants me to pay to customs extra$600 dollars for me to get shipment. I’m not sending extra money, i’m sure i lost $395 dollars. He wanted me to pay by western union or cash app, not by credit card
